Korey B. - Live Session

We can thank Eric Boderek for introducing our crew to theirs. We met for some bubble tea on afternoon to hear some tracks, and kick around visual ideas, and the chemistry was there to make something good. Korey B’s Style was reminiscent of the hip hop sounds I grew up on, and with Eric Boderek / Tenth Member mixing the classic sample vibe makes it feel wholesome. This is the kind of music you can turn on and let vibe do the rest.

When it comes to hip hop, it’s easy to slip into the over-done lyric topics we hear time and time again, so when we hear Korey B. keep it true focusing on the art of lyric and flow we appreciate it more. Having Eric Boderek and Tenth Member by his side keeps the integrity of the music strong. You can tell the three of them vibe on a wavelength that garners a consistent output of quality music. Korey B is releasing a new album “Effortless” on July 29th, sharing the release date with Beyonce and he feels honored to share that day with such a well respected individual in the industry. Queen B and Korey B have many similarities in this long standing endeavors in the music industry. They both have strong ties to Single Ladies and rise to the occasion with their live performances. He might be lacking in sequins clothing, but I think he’ll come around to the fashion style sooner or later.

Flashy sex appeal or not, Korey B is keeping his sound alive and might cause some perspiration as the track goes on. Show some love for the guys keeping it classy, and enjoy the show.
